Welcome to our Deacon page. Here you will find the deacons who serve our people at Harmony Baptist. Their purpose as deacons is to serve the Lord by conducting the caring ministry of the church by doing the work of the benevolence ministry, visiting the sick, being alert to the spiritual needs of the congregation, and by promoting unity within the church. The ministry of these men free the pastor(s) to focus on prayer and the ministry of the Word; therfore, facilitating the spread of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Each of our deacons have been spiritually gifted by the Lord to serve the members at Harmony Baptist Church. Every deacon at Harmony Baptist is responsible for the spiritual welfare of the entire church and is given a specific portion of the flock to care for in a one-on-one manner.
